Mountain Plumbing Products remains OPEN for business during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
UPDATE 5/5/2020
Mountain Plumbing Products wanted to send an update to our partners that we have now been able to fully OPEN our offices once again! We have returned to our normal full day Monday thru Friday schedule which also includes a live in-office receptionist.
We look forward to supporting and servicing our customers during the entire work day and continuing to ship products out to you during this time. Mountain Plumbing Products wanted to send an update to our partners that as we head into the coming weeks, our plan is to remain OPEN. We will continue with the shortened office hours of 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST.
Also, we will be utilizing the Temporary Automated Phone System. This system will allow options for Customer Service, Technical or a direct extension. This temporary system will enable us to work from home if the situation presents itself.

Mountain Plumbing Products would like to reassure our customers that we remain OPEN for business during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. However, as an extra precautionary measure we are limiting our in-office customer service & technical support hours to 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central Time.
During this timeframe we are taking the necessary steps to make sure we continue to process and ship out all orders on time. Our company remains fully operational to ensure all products can be purchased and delivered to our customers.
