  1. Customer calls the Mountain Plumbing Products direct by dialing their Customer Service Department 1-800-854-3229
  2. Mountain Plumbing Products will talk to the customer to determine if the unit is in fact defective, or if the existing problem is something they can troubleshoot over the phone.
  3. If Mountain Plumbing Products determines that the unit is defective, they will ask the Customer for their Zip Code so that they can provide the Customer with a Service Agency in their area.
  4. The Customer will call the Service Agency. A plumber will be sent out with a brand new unit, which he will install for the customer. The plumber will take the defective unit with him and return it to Mountain Plumbing Products.
  5. If there is no Service Agency available, Mountain Plumbing Products will send a brand new unit to the customer with a Call Tag for the defective units return and will suggest that the customer have their plumber install the replacement. A maximum $100. Allowance for the plumbers service will be honored. The Customer will pay the plumber and will then send the plumber’s bill directly to Mountain Plumbing Products for reimbursement. Mountain Plumbing Products will mail the reimbursement check to the Customer payable to the Customer.
